| Keith graduated from Texas A&M in 1985 with a BBA in Accounting. He passed all parts of the uniform CPA exam in 1986, upon his first attempt. The first five and one-half years of his career were with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Fort Worth TX. While at PWC, Keith worked on financial audits of public and privately held businesses. Prior to launching his own firm, Keith served as controller for two privately held businesses - his experience covers not only the technical aspects but the day to day management of growing businesses.
Keith is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Fort Worth Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
All tax returns and projects are personally supervised and completed by Keith. While no project is delivered without his critique and approval, he is assisted by staff member employees and special project outside consultant's.
Outside Consultant - Armando Palos, CPA, periodically assists with special projects.

Keith has operated his own firm in Keller since 1994, and he's resided in Keller since 1989. While it's fair to say that Keith's roots "run deep" in Keller, our firm serves clients who are located all over the DFW area, in other cities and states. Although much of our work is done on-line from our office, we'll be happy to travel when your needs require our presence at your location.
